We also employ an Operations Manager, a Patient Services Manager, a Finance Manager, two Secretaries, six Receptionists, four Telephone/Appointment Clerks, two General Practice Assistants, one Care Co-ordinator, one Prescription Clerk, two Dispensary Receptionists and four Dispensers and one Dispensary Manager who you may have contact with from time to time.

Community Midwives

Maternity care is shared with the Community Midwives, normally Joanne Bradbury. We provide antenatal care along with postnatal care. In some instances the District Midwives may attend a Hospital confinement. Antenatal clinics are held on Wednesday's at Ayton Surgery.

Community Nurses

A team of District Nurses are attached to the Surgery and are responsible for the provision of a wide range of nursing services in the community. They can be contacted on 01653 609609 or a message can be left at the Surgery reception.
